Are Your Products Environmentally Friendly?

At our Candle Shop, we take pride in offering environmentally friendly products. Our candles are made from soy wax, which is a renewable resource and produces less soot compared to traditional paraffin wax candles. Soy wax also burns longer, ensuring you get more enjoyment out of each candle.

When will I receive my Purchase?

Our Returns Policy

At The Candle Pit, we have a customer-friendly returns policy that allows you to return any item within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in a resalable condition. and returned with a copy of your receipt.  Please note that we cannot be held liable for any return postage costs.


Our dedicated team aims to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the item. We understand the importance of a prompt resolution and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Please Note!  At The Candle Pit, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment process. We understand that accidents can happen, and we recommend taking necessary precautions when packaging and shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the candles are securely wrapped and protected to minimize the risk of damage. Any items returned in an unsalable condition will not be refunded.

Additionally, attaching clear photographs of the shipping label and the product in its packaging will greatly assist us in assessing the situation.

Damaged or missing parcels must be claimed within 7 working days of shipment notification any claims made after this time will be looked at on an individual basis
